Anastasia Brierton, DO

Dr. Brierton is a Lake County native and eager to serve the community she grew up in. She earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors Distinction in Exercise Physiology from the University of Dayton in 2012. She attended medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, where she graduated with a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine as well as a Master of Arts degree in Bioethics in 2017. Furthermore, she then headed back to Dayton to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Kettering Health Network, where she graduated in 2021. While in residency, she served as the Wellness Committee chair and was selected as a chief resident.

Dr. Brierton is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American Medical Association. Adolescent sexual health and contraceptive care, as well as comprehensive prenatal guidance, are among areas of interest to Dr. Brierton. Patient autonomy and informed decision-making are key elements of her practice philosophy. Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Brierton enjoys trying new restaurants and breweries and traveling.
